Part of County Financial Team responsible for overseeing fully funded $775 million Bucks County pension fund; maintaining "AAA" financial rating from Standard and Poor's and "Aaa" rating from Moody's Investors Service; investing millions of County dollars in short term investment vehicles.
As agent of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Tom is responsible for issuing licenses including: dog licenses, hunting licenses, antlerless permits, small games of chance and bingo licenses, and more.
Tom has spent more than 20 years serving his community in both the public and private sectors as a practicing attorney and managing partner for his previous law firm, McNamara, Bolla & Panzer. Presently partner responsible for the Doylestown office of High Swartz, LLP; elected Treasurer of Bucks County; and a long time volunteer in his home community, Warminster Township; as well as an elected supervisor for Warminster Township for two six year terms, and as a board member for the Warminster Municipal Authority for a five year term.
